The firm was founded in 2001 by David Lewis who was formerly a director of Sherry FitzGerald and has 30 years experience in the Dublin House Market.
David has specialised in carrying out residential valuations ranging from individual bank valuations to large portfolios as well as carrying out valuations for Probate, Capital Gains and Marital Separation cases. He has represented many clients in court as an expert witness.
The firm also carries out sales in West Dublin and North Kildare. Areas handled include Rathcoole, Citywest, Saggart, Clondalkin, Lucan, Palmerstown, Chapelizod, Leixlip & Celbridge
